David Rose
President
David has been providing computer consulting and service since 1984. A Microsoft Certified Small Business Specialist, Dave has been implementing and support Small Business Server for clients for many years. Dave has a wide breadth of project management experience for all size businesses. Dave will meet with you and help you understand how to best utilize technology for your business as well as manage and implement the recommended changes. Dave is our primary consulting sales person.
Michal Januszczyk
Service Delivery Manager
Michal, like most of us here at Rose CTS, is a computer geek at heart who enjoys skiing, biking and water sports off hours. Michal’s experience includes managing the IT infrastructure for an international wholesale firm with offices in the US and overseas. Michal also spent time at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Boston as an IT consultant managing server hardware and performing database mining. Michal holds a BS degree in Business and Management Information Systems from the University of Vermont, and also holds an AS degree in Information Technology and Sciences from the Pennsylvania State University. During his university studies, Michal interned at Allscripts Healthcare Solutions in South Burlington, VT and Harley Davidson Motor Company in York, PA. Michal looks forward to meeting with all our clients, and helping Rose CTS move into new and exciting technologies. Michal is married with wife Anna.
Thomas Anderson
Systems Engineer
Tom has many years experience implementing and supporting computer networks. As a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Tom can help you with your workstations, servers, and applications. Tom provides on-site service, network implementation, and remote support.
Michael Balon
Engineer
With three yeas of full time experience, Michael graduated Champlain College with a degree in computer science. He is expert in Microsoft operating systems and SonicWall routers. Michael provides on-site and remote support.
James Czaplyski
Technician
James is a graduate of Champlain College's Computer and Digital Forensics program. He has multiple years of experience with desktop upgrades, repairs and maintenance, and also works with several Microsoft operating systems. James provides in-house and on-site support, and maintains the Rose CTS website.
Cara Miller
Bookkeeping/Office Manager
Cara has been with us for over five years. Cara handles our billing, receivables, bookeeping, and customer service issues. She handles our subscriptions and contract renewals. She is likely to be the first person to greet you if you visit our office, or give us a call.
