Sovernet went “offline” around 2:19am Saturday 7/3. They are aware of the issue and have engineers working to reslove as soon as possible. UPDATE: Issue resolved around 7:33am.

There seems to be an email issue since early this morning. We have calls into the team at Reflexion and will update here when we hear anything. Update 1:15pm: Virtual Server and SAN infrastructure upgrades continue. No email will be lost. Email should be flowing and catching up by 3pm. All caught up by 4pm. This was done during regular maintenance window (Sunday) and no mail was lost.

There appears to be an email delay this AM. We are looking into the issue.
Update: Delay appears to be approximately 15 -2 20 minutes for most emails.
This issue was resolved within two hours. No email lost, most messages delayed no more then 20 minutes.

There was an outage at Reflexion Tuesday 2-9-2010 causing email delay for most of the afternoon from approximately 12:15pm on. Reflexion and Rose CTS apologize for the inconvenience.

Sunbelt is releasing a large threat definition update Tuesday November third. If you are a Rose CTS Managed Service Customer we have already made the suggested changes to reduce network traffic for this update.
If you are a Sunbelt Enterprise customer and not a Managed Service client yet, please contact us at 802 862-1177 for assistance in making the suggested modifications.

Sunbelt definitions that released 7/5 (Sunday) are causing issues for Lenovo and HP notebook users. If you get a warning about Quarrantine DO NOT REBOOT or power down your unit. Contact us!
Update 7/7: Newer definitions 5231 released to resolve issue. If you have 5231 or later you are fine.
